Pavetuf Sealants are both water based making them fully breathable, this means they can be used straight away after the patio has been laid. Being breathable allows the mortar bed to settle and go off and if efflorescence happens it can come through the sealer not getting trapped underneath.
Other sealants unfortunately are not breathable meaning you have to wait 6-8 weeks before applying them to your brand new patio. In this time your patio is open to the elements and stains from the likes of birds, pets, trees sap and the worst of all red wine. Also you have to get the landscapers back at a later date adding to the costs.
Pavetuf Satin Sealer has a satin enriched finish to it after it dries, it impregnates the paving with a small amount of acrylic to enhance the colour of the stone. It comes in a 5 litre tub that has a coverage of 5 – 10m2 per litre, please note this is a guideline and should only be used as such. The full specification can be found in the additional tab.

Usage: You can use Pavetuf Sealants on paths, drives and patios of the following materials:

  • Natural stone
  • Concrete
  • Artificial stone
  • Terracotta
  • Granite
  • Marble
  • Clay
