Limestone is fine textured, so it takes on a distinctive, velvety finish when cut for paving. Dark grey, blue-grey, pale grey, cream, and tan colours are usually the easiest to find and limestone tends to be more evenly coloured than sandstone or granite. The very fine grain of Limestone makes it relatively easy to cut into all sorts of decorative shapes. Our most popular items include the dark Kota Black and Kota Blue Indian Limestone paving slabs, named due to their sourcing from the Kota district of Rajasthan in India.
