Our Indian limestone Midnight Kota Black paving is the best option for those looking for a sleeker more modern finish. Our Premium Indian Limestone offers a much flatter, smoother surface than its sandstone counterparts making it the perfect choice for a more contemporary style.

The black paving is stunning, consistent in colour and turns a deep black when wet. The Indian limestone has a surface finish similar to orange peel. The deep black colour when freshly quarried does eventually fade in natural sunlight to a charcoal grey, but will always return to jet black when wet. A sealer will help maintain this colour.

Avaliable in both mixed-sized project packs as well as single-sized packs, meaning it's just as versatile as it is stylish.

Sandstone

Sandstone is a sedimentary rock that is most often composed of quartz sand, although sometimes they can be formed of feldspar. Sandstone is one of the most popular stones for garden paving, this is due to its strength, durability and also the different types of finishes and natural colours that it has meaning that it can be adapted to suit any type or style of garden.

You can get Sandstone paving with a variety of different surface finishes. One of the finishes you can get with sandstone is a riven finish, this finish gives the stone more of a textured, rustic look. This type of finish is the first finish you get from the natural stone once the stone is sheered apart. This process occurs when the stone is originally cut from the block and sheered apart and thus giving a riven finish along the vein of the rock.
